Features: AUS-8 stainless steel blade is dagger ground on both sides.   The blade is beautifully etched OFFICE OF STRATEGIC SERVICE   OSS  1942     FIRST APPLEGATE COMBAT DAGGER DESIGN and has the OSS 'flying' logo.  Each blade is individually serial numbered.  The serial number is stamped into the blade tang. The handle, just as the original, is made of large stacked leather washers.  It has a very solid grip.  The thick double guard, bolster, and the pommel is all polished brass. Each knife is new in box and comes with a high-quality leather belt sheath which is also designed after the original.
